One of the UK’s largest recruitment firms approached doughdough to see if we could help them increase their volume of new and repeat business. They already placed about 80 candidates per month in mainly IT roles. They also knew that a high number of these would be seeking new employment  within 5 years, and were keen to be the agency of choice when the time came.

Also, all of the successful candidate’s new colleagues were potential candidates themselves. Increasing positive brand awareness with these potential candidates was likely to lead to increased placements.

Doughdough worked with the client to develop a fully branded muffin pack to be sent to each successful candidate at their office during their first week in the new job. The muffins would be shared with new colleagues extending the reach of our client’s brand in a really positive way.

Operating the service couldn’t be easier; the client emails doughdough a list of candidates’s names and addresses each week. Doughdough then takes ownership of all elements of delivering the service. The client is delighted with the service. It believes it places at least 3 additional candidates per month directly as a result of this activity, but believes the long term benefits from increased brand awareness are invaluable.
