Place your orders by 2:30pm to ensure same day posting. We post gifts Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the UK, except for BFPO addresses.

All individual gifts are sent First Class through the Royal Mail. The majority of single gifts should be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays), however we cannot guarantee this. If you need the gift to arrive by a certain date we suggest you choose a posting date at least two business days before the desired delivery date.

All Gift Tins are sent through via next working day courier service, so if you order it before 2.30pm it should be delivered the next business day. If you select a gift that is not letterbox friendly, and there is no one there to receive it the courier will leave notification detailing how to rearrange delivery, or where it can be collected.

Please note that tins ordered on a Friday will not arrive until the following Monday.
