When you place an order with doughdough.com, we collect your name, telephone
number and email address. This Information will be used to process
orders and, if necessary, to contact you regarding the status of your
orders. As all payments are handled by Worldpay (part of The Royal
Bank of Scotland) Doughdough.com never has access to your card details.
Sharing your information
with other companies
We do not currently share any of our data with any other companies. If
in the future this changes we will contact you first to check that you
are ok with us doing so.
Purchase History
A record is kept of your purchases. Your previous orders may be used
to present you with the most relevant products and gift ideas and to
provide you with a better overall user experience. You have the right
through standing Data Protection legislation to request, for a small
fee, any data we hold on you. Please contact us if you wish to enquire
about the data we hold.
Are my personal messages
private when I purchase gifts?
Yes. Nobody outside of doughdough.com will ever see your messages unless
they are so outrageous that the authorities become involved. We do not
keep a record of them. Once they are printed they are erased from our
system.
