Dispatch & Delivery
At Doughdough.com you decide what date you want your gift dispatched on.
We dispatch gifts daily at 17.00hrs Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
As long as we receive your order by 15.00hrs we can if requested dispatch
it the same day. All gifts are dispatched using the Royal Mail’s
first class service, so the majority of gifts will be delivered the next
Royal Mail delivery day (Monday to Saturday excluding bank holidays).
You can request that we dispatch
your order on any future date, providing it is one of our standard delivery
days.
Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery during working
hours. Should the Royal Mail be unable to deliver, a card will be left
to inform the recipient how they can collect their parcel or arrange
re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to contact
the Royal Mail to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. If no contact
is made, re-delivery may not be attempted. We accept no liability if
delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available, or if
goods become unsuitable as a result of non-delivery. It is therefore
recommended that gifts are sent to a work address if possible.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any
liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect.
We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it
using the Post Office address finding service.
We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address
containing a PO Box Number, or from persons placing an order whose own
address contains a PO Box number.
Deliveries will be made to the address that you have selected. In the
event that you select a business address Doughdough.com shall be deemed
to have delivered the [product/gift] to its intended recipient by delivering
it to the reception area or mailroom at the business address.
